Notice of 2024 Annual General Meeting
Pursuant to Clauses 21 and 23 of the Newcastle Kart Racing Club Constitution, Notice is hereby given of the 66th Annual General Meeting to be held at the Newcastle Kart Racing Club premises on Tuesday the 10th of December 2024 at 6.30pm.
Attached below is a Nomination Form for the position of Board Member.
The positions of Secretary, Club Captain and Public Relations will be open.
Please state on your nomination form any specific areas of expertise that you may have for the position that you are nominating for. This will be included in the election ballot forms for members to make informed decisions.
Nomination Forms will only be accepted by email forwarded to the Club Secretary at [email protected] up until 35 days prior to the AGM as per the club constitution.
Ballot Papers where required will be made available on the club web site.
Please note that the only matters to be dealt at the Annual General Meeting will be the items as set out in the Agenda below.
A minimum of 15 financial Members of the Club is required to be in attendance for the meeting to proceed.

- Reports from outgoing Office Bearers
- Receipt and adoption of the Annual Financial Report

- Election of 3 Board Member positions
- General Business/Life Membership nominations
